RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligible for return/refund:

• Broken or damaged products (e.g., broken bottle)
• Product not matching the description or advertisement
• Poor quality items that don't meet expectations

Not eligible for return/refund:

• Opened health products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
